Answer: The issues of access in elderly as the elder people suffers more financial problems such as people with low income are unable to avail better healthcare facilities.

Due to no supplementary insurance, they need to spend a lot on their healthcare problems. The elderly population mostly sufffers from high rate of mortality due to infectious disease as they have low immune response because of old age.

Increased awareness among old people as well as people who are near to their retirement should get themselves insured. This will reduce the cost of healthcare expenses. Government as well as healthcare organizations should focus on the facilities which can be provided to the old age people.
