Do you personally agree with the common law viewpoint that, ordinarily, a bystander has no duty to come to the aid of a person in need? Do you think that a doctor or nurse or other licensed professional is protected or harmed by such a rule? Explain your response. (250 Words)

No, I don't agree with the common law viewpoint that , ordinarily ,a bystander has no duty to come to the aid of a person in need . As a human being on the basis of humanity every individual should try to help each other at least when saving a life is the matter .

No ,a doctor or nurse or other licensed professional are neither protected nor harmed by such a rule . Instead the time to safe a life is decreased . If the lay person try to save the life early by taking the injured person to hospital ,doctors or nurses will get more time to take appropriate action according to the severity .

Now a days lay person ,in schools ,colleges ,institutions etc the basic life saving procedure is thought so ,that every one is aware of it and use it when an individual is lying there without pulse and respiration .
