do you agree or disagree and why?

Within my organization the healthcare delivery process is very slow. The delivery of care given to patients is at a very sluggish rate and the change is much needed. The wait time in healthcare is a dreadful one, for my organization my focus will be how long it takes to be seen by a doctor within an office visit or E.R. facility. I would make a change that from the time a patient comes in to the clinic the rotation process will be smoothly, where at any time no provider, physician, nurse or other employee within is allowed any down time unless they are on breaks. I notice within doctor visit’s a lot of nurses are taking small breaks in between while patient are miserably ill. My organization would react very negatively, because the work will be strenuous and tiring but it comes along with the career. Healthcare should move swiftly, I think there are a lot of processes that hold up time as I know this isn’t the only time concern. The return of investment would be if wait time decrease, patients are satisfied with the time issue with receiving the care they need. Being resistant to change is normal, I even struggle is certain areas in my life, so I will very much see and understand both sides. Matthew 18:15-20, advises in leadership to handle my approach in preparation of how the other party handles change.

Yes ,I agree . Time is a very important aspect in our life . It's wastage is unbearable and sometimes it leads to negative effects for example a patient came to the emergency department and the patient is in severe bleeding , it took 30 mins for the doctors and nurses to attend that patient why ? - it might be shortage of staffs, huge number of patients , or negligence. Any of these possible factor may lead to death of this patient because patient is continuously loading blood and gets hypotensive and then shock ,all will end up in few minutes .

Being a human being we can't work like a machine , we need rest to function properly even the machine gets warm when used for too much time . Having breaks in between the duty hours is a needed factor not only for nurses for any professionals because it's very to get refresh your mind and relax otherwise you work opposite to normal .

Break is necessary but not multiple and also based on the condition in the ward or emergency like for example there is a huge rush in emergency and three nurses are on duty then all cannot go at a time for break but you can take it one by one . Being a healthcare professional we have to give same importance to patient health and our health and should have ability to prioritize conditions and needs effectively.
