do you agree or disagree and why?

In the hospital supply chain, specifically technology is used a lot, examples such as ordering goods, hiring, real-time business collaboration with partners, using different tools for improvement and so much more. To propose my organization to use technology the biggest challenges I would face is probably getting the entire organization on board with the change. Going from not using technology to using it especially people who work there that didn’t grow up with it will be a big challenge. Implementing it, getting people trained, and wanting people to learn will be a big challenge, especially for those who are not exactly willing to do so.

To address the challenge, I would show both pro’s and con’s to new technology being implemented into the organization and show it thoroughly because of how beneficial I know it would be for not only the organization but the patients too. Senior leadership you have to have on board with you to implement a project especially technology, but if senior leadership can see how great it will benefit the patient’s quality of care I believe they will adapt to the idea of this change.

Answer: As due to increased in population, the demands should meet supply. The use of technology is generally done to make things and work easier and save time. Use of technology in hospital such as ordering medicine, hiring etc are generally now based on technology. It not only save time but shorter the risk of errors.

People working in organisations, Healthcare services, hospitals should upgrade themselves to co-operate with the demand. Because it is need of the era to meet the demand. Many technologies are being used to enhance the patient treatment as well as cure. Technology reduces the risk of errors. The advancement in the technology leads to ease of work, for example the patient's record now being saved electronically i.e. in EHR. The EHR provides information safety to the patient, all the records and details can be found at one place ( in a system). So there are many advantages regarding the use of technology, people working there must be upgraded and try to balance with the need.

I would make a change that from the time a patient...

do you agree or disagree and why? The current state of technology in the area of supply chain management seems to be minimal and significantly behind other industries. Most hospitals, including the largest and most advanced, are only in the beginning stages of developing an effective supply chain management system (Langabeer, 2016). During this beginning stage, there is still a major emphasis placed on paper-based forms and transactions. Hospitals are slowly moving toward automating key business processes and transactions as...
