Sociology of physical activity means that both together forms a belief . for example the social practices and physical activities constitute together and have impact on one another Goals:- Mainly sociology tools develop and physical activity is seen more than physical where beliefs and physical activity combines together. O first when we look at an physical activity we should see beyond it and should unders- tand that it is insocialinlife. The habits ce develop depends upon our social life. * One should identify the change and stability patterns in activity. In our society there is constant change and our physical activity also changes along with society. We should identify the changes in society so we can adapt to them and to know about them.

B one knows that change is inevitable and o Sometimes it affect's us in positive and negative way. Positive effect gives us ability to know if there are any problems in activity and sometimes it helps us to increase quality and equality in our lives. Interaction between people will result in problems and society interaction will also sometimes leads to problems they can be also inflelenced by Psychological factors and environment.
