In general , effective communication is important in development of the organization .

It is something which help the manager to perform the basic functions such aa planning ,organizing ,motivating and controlling .

Communication whether in oral or written ,which helps in enhancement of success in any organization .

It enhances the team work and it ultimately help in getting success .

effective communication is the important tool for providing great patient care and with the therapeutic communication ,the patient get satisfaction .

  • Effective communications help the patient who are in vulnerable situation feels date and secure .
  • Effective communication allows the patient to express their needs and concerns .
  • With the effective communication , we can get the more disclose information from the patient .
  • Effective communication helps in finding of accurate diagnosis .
  • It help in maintenance of therapeutic relationship with client and family members .
  • It can provide the patient more adherence to treatment ( mainly for disobeyed patients ).
  • It helps in enhancement of trust worthyness in patient and it ultimately helps in further care of patient .
  • With the effective communication the patient feels much realistic to expectations in seeking care .
  • It helps in early recovery of the patient .
