it is hard to store all patient data in EHR because
1. delay in entry of data.
2. it is also cost effective.
3. sometimes copy paste also create bad recording of data.
4. large case sheets also sometime gives problem in scanning and saving also.
EHR is good enough to have secure data within a system but still it has many mentioned as above disadvantages also.
