They understand that people in both clinical as well as non clinical positions in a health care organization are required to gain a near fluency in medical terminology in order deliver her duties effectively. This is because while working as a member in a health care team effective communication is very important. As nurses have to interact with the patients, their relatives and other members in health care team they need to scribble and make notes on patient's conditions and ongoing progress and other judgements.This must be accessible and comprehensible to all the other team members as well as other health care professionals.
