4.Checking vitals signs for a patient complaining of dizziness and shortness of breath . Here, the nurse has complete freedom to check the vital signs of patient to get a baseline data about the patient condition.
5. A nurse observes phlebitis and extravasation on an IV injection site and removes the IV line and provide appropriate care to the infiltrated area to reduce pain. it is an autonomus practice in nursing as she has the right to do it in professional scope.
