2. Imbalanced nutrition less than body requirement related to less intake of food as evidenced by decreased body weight.

Patient maintain adequate nutrition

Nursing intervention

• Assees the nutrion of patient.
• Provide small and frequent diet
• Health education regarding balanced diet
• Consider the patient likes and dislikes.

Evaluation

Patient got adequate appetite as evidenced by normal body weight.
