Objective data. * Body temperature 101F.	Ineffective thermoregulation hyperthermia related to inflammation process as evidenced by temperature 101F.	Maintain normal body temperature.	Assess the body temperature every 4 hourly to detect changes in body temperature. Promote intake of oral fluids to reduce hyperthemia. Administer antipyretics as per physicians order to reduce body temperature. Cold applications like ice packs ,cold sponge to reduce body temperature. Administration of antiinflammatory drugs as per physicians order to reduce inflammation thereby maintain normal body temperature.	Evaluate changes in the body temperature of the patient.
