This traditional fee-for-service payment system make more reimbursement and incentivized physicians to order more tests and diagnostic procedures..This value based payment works by incentivizing helps more preventive care and the reduction of hospital visits and ED visits..Transforming health care can help reduce waste,improve quality and patient satisfaction and productivity..it is a powerful motivator for preventing disease and promoting illness, stronger population health improvement..new health care delivery model make benefit for payers and providers to make better population health outcomes..
