here,

C1 and C2 are in series , their equivalent capacitance , C4 = C1 * C2 /( C1 + C2)

C4 = 0.825 * 10 /(0.825 + 10)

C4 = 0.762 uF

C4 and C3 are in parallel , their equivalent capacitance , Ceq = C4 + C3

Ceq = 2.25 + 0.762 uF

Ceq = 3.01 uF
