5. The one-tailed hypothesis is Age of males is greater than the Age of females.

The mean of male's age is 19.86 and the mean of female's age is 19.83. The standard of male's age is 1.965 and the mean of female's age is 2.063.

The t statistic is 0.526

The Degrees of freedom is 478.

The one-sided p-value is 0.877/2 = 0.4385.

Since the p-value is greater than the level of significance if considered 0.05, do not reject the null hypothesis that the Age of males and Age of females are the same hence we can conclude that the Age of males is not greater than the Age of females.
