Answer : Health is the main part for human beings to remain happy and wealthy. If peoples has better health of an economy then they become more productive. Because of more productive efficiencies peoples produce more and earn more and at the same time save more. As a result, the economy's output level and income level and national savings increase. Hence a country spent a large % (percentage) of GDP on healthcare in compared to other economic segments.
