12. The musculocutaneous nerve innervates every one of the muscles of the front compartment of the arm.

The middle nerve innervates every one of the muscles of the front compartment of the lower arm with the exception of flexor carpi ulnaris and the ulnar piece of the flexor digitorum profundus. It additionally innervates the three thenar muscles and the first and second lumbricals.

The ulnar nerve innervates the muscles of the lower arm and hand not innervated by the middle nerve.

The axillary nerve innervates the deltoid and teres minor.

The spiral nerve innervates the back muscles of the arm and lower arm
