4) a) 3 orbitals. As p subshell contain 3 orbitals.

b) 1 orbital. As s subshell contain 1 orbital only.

c) 1 orbital.

d) 5 orbitals because d subshell have 5 orbitals.

e) 7 orbitals.

f) 25 orbitals. Number of orbitals = n 2.
