Variation is one of the major reason for molding an individual's behaviour.If it is molded in a wrong wave in can give out deviant behavior and raise crime.Still there is a belief that certain race , culture, class and gender determines a person's behavior. There are two types of people one non violent ,soft and tender people ,non criminals, good hearted ,caring for others etc., and the other groups exactly opposite to it.In simple good people and bad people. Fir instance the people belonging to Hispanic group ,blacks compared to others.Ths male gender are considered to be of having high deviant behavior and criminal offence when compared to females. A deviant behavior will increase the rate of rape ,violence, theft ,etc.,This is finally categorized under crime.Hence while studying the deviant behavior and crime it is important to have examination simultaneously on the other aspects in the society.

2.The main reason for the differences is

The corporate and political criminals are categorized into white collar crime. They are given the least possible punishment because of the following reasons

  • They are basically not a person of bad intention but did a crime for some benefits of the organization than as an individual or as an individual. Whereas the conventional criminals are grown with bad intention and reflect it to others.
  • They can be an asset to the community with the use of their skills and knowledge which can change the structure of society and improve everyone's status.Whereas the conventional criminals can pose a threat to society after being released are when given a least punishment.
  • They have done more good to others than a criminal who has done more crimes
  • They conduct no or less physical violence to others when compared to the conventional criminals who harm others
  • They will be offered another chance to serve others but not a criminal who are feuded for opportunity
  • Their mistakes can be corrected and loss can be substituted or replaced but conventional crime often lead to loss of life or extreme harm which cannot be reversed.
