Option A is correct because though it contain Flourine atom which has high electronegativity and dipole dipole force too but apart from that the molecular mass and surface area is less due to which dispersion force is less and by which highest vapor pressure and low boiling point. Similarly their is an inter electronic repulsion is also present in it due to which molecule do not comes closer to each other.

In other Cl2O and Br2O, dipole dipole force exist and dispersion force also because their atomic size is greater than Flourine atom.hence they have low vapor pressure and high boiling point.
