Here we need to select numbers between 01 and 50. That is we need to read two digits at a time and if it is between 01 and 50 then it will be selected in the sample. Starting from first line and first column the numbers are:

31, 21, 26, 06,89 and so on

Since we need to select three students so number of selected students are

31, 21, 26
