Answer) My daily protein needs is dependent upon my weight and physical activity. Self experimentation is the only key to calculate the daily intake pf protein. Daily intake of proteins is expressed in grams.

i’m a sedentary person, i try to take 1.2 grams/kg of protein on a daily basis. One must keep in mind that activity keeps the body healthy. According to my weight i consider 1.2grams of protein in my diet. People with different body weights has different grams of intake of proteins. People who want to have more muscle but less fat to maintain their ideal weight take different quantity of protein in their diet.
