Representation is a process where few individuals are given the task to represent the needs and demands of the mass as it becomes technically impossible for the masses to get all their demands being said individually.
The congress is representative but not necessarily of me. As there are various issues concerning the nation that has to be dealt all by them.
Ex. they may choose to increase military funds for national security than to increase wage rate as what I want them to do for me.
