AI is used to work alongside of the humans. It will adjust the work done by us, such as the physical works will turn into digital sources. So the employees need to learn the brain of the machines so that we can control accordingly. The robots will work under the direction of humans. Employees need to be trained for machine learning and AI skills along with the leadership and managerial skills. They need to be trained those skills so that they can be the leader in the room and have the power, authority, ability etc. We always need to be one step ahead from the machines so that everything goes well.
