As the spheres are connected by a wire then they will have equall charges on it. That means charge will be balance in both. But we know that only electron can flow from one body to other body because they are in outer shells. And proton can not move because they are in nucleous.

So here to balance the charge in both one electronshould flow from left sphere to the right sphere. So that in left and right sphere will both contain a positive charge. So answer is option d
