From the reporting of 'Top health industry issues of 2019; The new health economy comes of age' a large segment of US economy begining to behave like other industries. The PwC health research institute examines hoe health care is adapting to deals, , tax strategy etc.

As per the reports the six issues facing in 2019 are

• Digital theraputics and connected care alters the life science industry in various ways.
• The new skilled worker of a company is themselves.
• Tax reform are just started in many of the companies.
• One issue is the creation of southwest airlines of the health care.
• Health care's accelarator of growth is Private equity now.
• Affordable care act is still alive.

Many of the biopharmaceutical companies have bring new digital care therapy which effectively manage many beneficiares. But this emerged health care descipline may sometime replace active drug in place. For example devices designed to treat diabetes, CNS disorders and other conditions in concert with active drug or not are expected to enter in the market today. to succeed in this digital era pharmaceutical companies must focus on health care delivery to the appropriate patients.

Second one is to the life science organisations that evaluate the impact of these digital transformations on the providers. Likewise integrating patient data into physician practice can improve the followups of patients and thus get a good outcome.

Third is that these organisations should make partnership focused on results. The digital theraputics should make value based contracts with payers and providers to make better outcome in health care sector.

The pharmaceutical and other healthcare based companies should choose skilled and talented workers to be hired, which is a significant challange. But if follow this strategy it will be then continued further from 2020. A huge percentage of workers when surveyed said that the automation will put their jobs at risk which is a fact.

The health care organisations consider the workers to get top priority. This happens by considering the organisations needs that will benefit the employee in some way such as leadership. For example the employee in IT team is given with subject area like devoloping a technology in health care sector.

Health care industry is also responding in tax reform effect in various ways. Many payers have no foriegn operations so they have no benefit in those provision which is a major issue of challange. The changes in this issue may require business unit organisations, benefit redisign, staff training etc.

These organisation should deal partnership in lower cost high quality health care service for the peoples. Also these organisations should go beyond the prescription.

The issue related to the last criteria should focuss on the attention drug prices will slowdown in rule making for manufactures. The state should seek way to stabilise the marketing of health care entity by various ways including federal assistance.
