The risk is particularly high in this field, it can be patients ,professional ps and the other people who come across.Hence a risk management team is essential to prevent the risk and take appropriate measures before it occurs. It has influenced the healthcare industry by providing a safe environment for patient and the staff ,preventing medical errors,reducing the financial loss, hazard prevention, legal issues to be addressed and prevented.

For example

• When there is an outbreak or increase in the number of infection rate among the inpatient, the risk management teams takes a role to identify where the problem and provides measures in solving and preventing it.
