Care of client in community care of client in hospital
Availability of medical facilities are less when compare with hospital. Advance medical supplies and equipments are available.
Patient co operation are less. Patient co operation are more.
During home visit we can assess patient with environment setting also. Assessing environment settings of patient is not possible.
Patients relaxed in their own settings. patients are tensed with hospital settings.
Working in community is more challenging. Working in hospital is less challenging.
