Since A is temperature independent factor, therefore, in the collision theory and transition state theory the coefficient which are temperature independent corresponds to A in Arrhenius theory. Thus,

point 1: A corresponds to \frac{k_{B}e^{\Delta S^{*}/R}}{hc^{0}} in the transition state theory.

Point 2: A corresponds to P(r_{1}+r_{2})^{2}(\frac{8\pi k_{B}}{\mu })^{1/2}
