I believe the answer is the patient throwing up because you do know what's causing the vomiting. However, the card states that the answer is B- shortness of breath, but isn't that supposed to happen with pnuenomia?

31 year old who vomited blood

Because

63 yr old with burn and complain of pain and if pain occur then there is superficial burn and can be taken later

45 yr old pneumonia ,here shortness of breath occurs but can maintain it for small time

88yr paralised if he deficated or urinate in cloths then also it is not an emergency

But if blood loss continue then it may cause heart failure and death
