Some of the examples are:
Primary literature evidence such as case study, it describes one individual or event. The research article which is done by the particular person.
Secondary literature evidence such as evidence summary that is summary of the evidence on a clinical topic, usually processed by an board of experts and intended for the care of patient. It is second-hand information. The other example we can take is clinical practice guideline that is a statement by a professional organization, based on evidence,for the patient health care.
