Answer: Age restrictions is one of the best methods that can control excessive alcohol use Or consumption. Alcohol consumption leads to the addiction. The excessive consumption of alcohol causes various disease such as liver inflammation, diabetes etc. It also increases the accidents and cause severe injuries as consumption of alcohol makes person unconscious which leads inability to think properly or drive safely.

So, the age restrictions on the alcohol consumption can reduce the risk of these cases. Because mostly young adults and college going students are found to be indulged in consuming excessive alcohol. So, age restrictions can reduce the availability of alcohol consumption.

Media campaign can bring lots of changes in the alcohol consumption. Through the use of media the message such as adverse effects of the alcohol consumption can be spread all over the world. The use of social media can be beneficial regarding the control of excessive alcohol consumption. This will create awareness among people regarding the chronic diseases that can occur due to alcohol consumption.

Time restrictions can be beneficial as people should not drink alcohol at night. They should try to avoid alcohol consumption. Restrictions will reduce the occurance of the accidents. People should not drink and drive.
