Surgical reconstruction of glans of male reproductive organ to improve its appearance or correct a congenital defects. It was performed to balanitis men that is inflammation of the gland penis.it most common in uncircumcised men.so he under go for balanoplasty.

Symptoms of balanitis means

Redness of glans

Foul smelling DISCHARGE from the glans

Rashes

Painful foreskin

Small red erosion with glan.

Treatment

Antibiotics

Antiviral medications

Advice them to take bed rest...
