905 is three digit number so we select three digit random numbers between 001 to 905 (ignore 000 and the number 906 to 999) from row 04 column 01 and proceed row wise. The numbers are 173, 816, 885, 625, 853, 350, 412, 391, 348, 357. Now attach serial no. 1 to 905 to the 905 populations in any order then the selected members of a sample of size n=10 is:

173, 816, 885, 625, 853, 350, 412, 391, 348, 357.

Hence it requires 1 row and the last sample value will be 357.
