Nursing career in Broward Health will provide a life long career growth opportunity as it's involved in many international and national commitments ,holds various conferences ,and provide opportunity for the staffs and members to work at international level along with learning and experience .

There working pattern is different ,they give priority to patient and the staffs satisfaction . They use democratic leadership style and involve the staffs to make any decisions and conduct meeting to solve the problems of staffs at three levels - incharge, supriendetend, and administrative level .

Nurse residency program is an upcoming career and will help the nurses to practice and gain knowledgeore efficiently . There will practical classes to be demonstrated by the students , and presentation classes has to be conducted by the nursing students . It will help the nurse to conduct more research and provide evidence based nursing care to the patients .

Nurse is one of the important member in the healthcare professionals team who spends more time with the patients than the doctors . This profession makes you strong to deal with the life situations because health is the only main thing which is required to be fit to live and when you see a person in pain , disease condition it make you feel that it's better I don't have this much problems and makes you strong enough to deal with critical situations like when a person has sudden cardiac arrest , running here and there ,ventilating the patient etc , packing a dead body , informing patients relative about death etc. A nurse goes through all the phases of life from birth to death hence ,it provides a lifetime strength to deal with your own life situations .

I should be choosen for residency program because I want to do more evolution in the field of nursing and improve my skills and knowledge to provide a evidence based care to my patients which is affordable to them .

My area of interest is MICU , because I like medical surgical the most and I have a quite good experience in working as a ICU nurse of medical surgical unit . Here ,we can see patients with all the different organ systems diseases and learn more practically .
