As we all know in this scenario of companies mass employee attrition one career which stands intact in current corporate field is Financial advisors.A career in accountancy not only gives us the opportunity in handling accounts related exposure and knowledge of corporate workings but also enhances other skills such as leadership qualities, team building and communication skills which helps the person in having a great deal of job satisfaction since it includes helping and working directly with people.

As far as money is concerned in this career high packages are being offered from the very beginning of career. Apart from that one can earn through various other sources through his professional knowledge from many platforms such as taking projects related to tax consultancy and accounting services together with the job.

The changes which are occuring in current scenario of the market due to globalisation and automation includes easy access to services at relevant lower cost which used to be provided by a personal consultant, in short everything has become automated and has been converted into a software where a person or say a layman just have to put on the values and his queries will be resolved known as expert system which has been made by the experts as per their experiences and acquired knowledge during their lifetime which has ultimately resulted into loss for the professionals of such a prestigious field.

Relevant factors which led to choose accountancy as a career are as follows:

• High salary expectations: As already discussed, out of many careers it has a promising packages from a very initial time of the career and with the increasing experience in the field leads to high promising career with that gates to many other fields also get open globally.
• Wide career development opportunities: As already discussed, it provide different opportunities to a single person to choose a career of its best interest since accounting profession includes taxation, auditing, investment banking, transfer pricing etc, Suppose a person of auditing field wants to quit auditing and thinking to start a career in transfer pricing he can very well start with chosen option since the basic of every field is quite similar and he can adopt the  techniques of transfer pricing with its prior knowledge of auditing field which is quite not possible with other professionals like that of an engineer.
• Social Status and education environment: We heard it many a times that people follow others like herd of sheeps in certain careers and accountancy is one of them since it requires a little less efforts to start the basic accounting which can be passed from one person to other by sharing knowledge and with the time of experience in his field. In my personal experience I came across such situation where a person not having much qualification also possess the knowledge as an expertise holds. Thus, career in accountancy such as being a chartered accountant or a company secretary gives a social status of being highly qualified ultimately holds respect in the eyes of people.and thus lead to choose a career.
