Hello there,

The "Americans with Disability Act 1990" is right on civil rights which prohibits discrimination of person with Disability in the field of life, employment, education and transportation.

In my view, the title III of the ADA act should be changed in light of the following rationale :

  1. The ADA act is forgiving for small business for the fact that a fledgling business can't afford to make accomodations.
  2. The ADA education and reform act accounts makes it hard for disabled individuals to file lawsuit against businesses for ADA infractions. This is against the right of disabled and need to be altered.
  3. This recent reform in Title III of the ADA act needs a revision for strengthening the PWD.

Hope that helps,
