ANS)

Before the year 1996,the regulations was directed by a union of state along with the congressional regulation.Almost all the state rules and regulations handle with selling of tobacco substances, involving the problem of trading to children along with licensing of supplier. In the year of 1992,the state placed a least possible age( eighteen years) for buying the tobacco.

Actually in the year of 1964 a doctor called Terry has passed a very major report saying that the smoking leads to lung tumor and can also leads to bronchitis. After that associate of trade commission suggested to keep a warning tag on the packets of tobacco.

In the year of 1996,a new order has came to avoid and restrict tobacco utilization by adolescents and as a part of this the public advertisements of tobacco products has been strictly controlled.

In the United States the utilization of cigarette or tobacco has been really reduces. When we are correlating with the year 1996,now the usage of tobacco has been reduced 50 % and because of that the disorders due to smoking is also decreased in a great range. The developing alertness of wellness problems of tobacco use were also helped a lot in reduction of smoking. The secondhand smoke contamination has also helped in reducing social toleration of tobacco using. And in many public places like buses, hotels etc..the smoking is strictly banned.
