Epidemiology
If you calculated relative risk turned out to be 2.46, how would interpret this?
Answer: The calculation of the relative risk shows the chances of spreading disease or risk of epidemic disease. It is a kind of measure that explains the relationship between exposure and disease among the two groups and it is expressed in form risk ratio (relative risk), rate ratio, and proportionate mortality ratio. For a particular relative risk ratio, there is measures such as if the relative risk is less than one means there is reduced risk in the exposed group whereas if the risk ratio is one or very near to one, then it suggests that there is no difference or little difference in risk. But if the calculated relative risk turned out to be more than one then there is an increased risk of that outcome in the exposed group. Here the calculated relative risk turned out to be 2.46, that means there is an extreme risk.

a. What is the relative risk of CHD associated with baldness? In
one sentence, interpret this relative risk.
b. Does this result suggest that baldness may be a cause of CHD?
Why or why not?
To determine whether baldness causes coronary heart disease (CHD) in men, a hypothetical cohor study was carried out. The epidemiologist in charge of the study recruited 10,000 bald men and 10,000 men with hair into the study and followed all of them for 10 years...

In the Python script, you calculated a 95% confidence interval for the average relative skill of all teams in the league during the years of your team. Additionally, you calculated the probability that a given team in the league has a relative skill level less than that of the team that you picked. Info here: Confidence Level (%) Confidence Interval 95% 2013 to 2015 – 1502.02 (Rounded) 95% 2013 to 2015 – 1502.02, 1507.18 (Unrounded) **Probability a team has Average...
Looking at the sample provided, how would you interpret the results of the two-way ANOVA? What does the p value tell you? The results mention df. What does that term represent? How is it calculated? If your blood glucose level is low or high, how do you interpret that? Does it indicate that you are at risk for or may have any conditions or diseases? How can you change your diet or other lifestyle factors to bring your fasting blood glucose level into the normal range?
Beta is a measure of systematic risk. It is a relative risk measure to show you how sensitive the stock price is related to market movement, i.e., the S&P 500 index. When calculating beta, you need to regress y (stock return) against x (S&P 500 index return) and the coefficient of the x is the beta, please refer to the excel posted on module 6. I would like you to comment on the betas of the following ETFs: UGAZ, TVIX...
