Answer #1

Human organ are very precious that us tge read in it is scarce. It is a universal thing that the patient who are very sick has to be taken for a transplantation procedure first to save his life but it has been a controversy over past years due to poor result. So the try is for transplanting in the most beneficial patient to actually increase success rate.It will be fair if the most beneficial and a sick patient has to be given priority

People who does a transplantation should be compensated to meet their medical check up or follow up in future. The compensation has to be provided both to the living donor and if the donor is deceased and organ donation is permitted bybthe family members. Then the compensation should be provided to the donar family.Financial incentive ,health insurance coverage usually can encourage people to donate organs

Stem cell research has brought a new dimension in treating a patients most medical conditions. It also raises ethical and political controversy. Many research use embryonic stem cell which a potential existing life and killing it obtain the sample. Most adult stem cells are pre specialised and cannot be used for multiple purposes. So it always is under legal considerations of killing a live though fertilised in lab.

It is always a controversy and ethically this is unacceptable because if a drug could save or benefit a patient from cancer it is their rights to get it.But if the cancer patient has been in research and is informed about it in prior and consents for being a part in the research without any medication is legally approved.
