Frictional unemployment is inevitable in the economy because people always look for a better opportunity and to fulfil that they search for jobs, apart from that some have skills that are unsuitable for the present job that they are in, this encourage them to change the current jobs they are in, moreover at time of recession people do odd jobs but as the economy improves they switch and look for a better option.

government can use information technology and form a portals that allows the job seekers and employers to interact, they can incentivise the people if they find a job quickly.
