  • According to dietary guidelines for Americans women ages 31-50 years who is moderately active needs 2200 k.cal/day and to lose 1-2 lbs each week they need to reduce 500-1000 k.cal/day.So, Mrs.jockie need to take 1200-1700 k.cal/day to lose 1-2 lbs each week.
  • 1500 k.cal of diet includes the following micronutrients
    carbohydrates 150gms 600 k.cal
    proteins 112gms 450 k.cal
    fats 50gms 450 k.cal

    (1gm of carbohydrate and protein gives 4 k.cal and 1 gm of protein gives 9 k.cal)

  • 6.00-6.30am 1 glass of fenugreek seeds soaked water 12 k.cal helps to boost metabolism and helps to flush fat
