Answer #1

The rate of immigrants in US are high compared to other countries in order to find a better living .These immigrants are usually uninsured or illegal immigrants.Health is the universal rights of all irrespective of any background but this makes the healthcare professionals to act legally. Tte healthcare providers have moral dilemma most of the time whether to serve these patients or not. They can have  a fear, that if they do their duty and will they be legally sued for caring a patient who is a illegal immigrant or an undocumented immigrant.

In order to face this legally, the government itself has initiated a rule in 2018 called Public charge rule. This tries to cover the immigrants under Green card and aid them to get enrolled in the insurance plans which are accessible and affordable to all.The Trump administration has considered the minor childrens for healthcare services benefits even when they belong to uninsured immigrants. The federally funded programs, social support groups ,etc., has started to play a key role in order to make healthcare accessible to all populations because health is the right of everyone.
