3, Unlicensed persons are unlicensed health care providers they are trained to provide patient care and inlive in various activities as delegated to provide care for the patients. they act as assistance in various health care needs.
4, Delegation of nursing tasks and procedures by the plan for delegation by the entity for clinet care includes
- assess the patient population to be served.
-Identify and analyze nursing care needs and priorities.
- organization standards should make adequate supervision that ensures safe nursing care to meet the needs of the patient.
- communication of the staff about the plan.
-training and education for unlicensed persons and documentation of their competency.
