1) ABC In. located in texas manufactures excavators its target customers are Builders and real estate developers and company providing earth moving solutions (B2B), it has 250 employees.

2) I, being promoted as sales manager of the company and after reviewing the existing policy, will draft and implement a new revised incentive policy. which has fixed and variable pay (equalize fixed pay at various level of employees at their levels and variable pay will be directly linked to the performance, so that who perform will get fixed pay plus variable pay on performance and who didnot perform get only fixed pay. and i will communicate the policy to all the people who will be affected by the policy

3) Yes transparent communication boost the morale of the employee and motivate him to perform well also it builds confidence in the company.
