Answer: State police plays an important role in the healthcare policy making as it has the powers to safeguard the health, safety, welfare, and morals of the population and may aslo exercised by public health agencies along with police, fire, and sanitation departments.

The power of the state police regarding the health care policy are to protect, preserve, and promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the people. The police has control over many things and it results in better ways to promote the health care. Not confined to only this, but the state police can decrease the personal interests, creates privacy, association, expression, liberty. It has also economic interests i.e.contractual freedom, property uses, pursue trades and occupations. They have power to plan, implement, and evaluate in public health.
