Fred was in a car accident and was trapped in the car. Grant, an MD, stabilizes the patient at the scene of the accident and then is transferred to a local hospital. List what defense Grant would have if the case was heard in court.

Case management in the court based on the claiming and complexity of the claim, if it is small claim track the court look for the financial value of the case and complexity if it is a personal injury claim it will be small claim track even though the case worth more the court allocate only small claims track. If it is complicated the judge decides to have another track for the full hearing. If personal injury claims settled, defendant liability insurance covers the accident. if a personal injury claim lawsuit settled before trial the court will order for the settlement, that parties complete the settlement within 30 or 60days depending on the jurisdiction.
