The topic should center on a current global issue affecting the development, deployment or adoption of a local public health policy today in a chosen geographic location.

the main topic for current global health issues that is affecting the development ,deployment and addoption of health policies at a local level is knowledge that these person of that localities have about that particular disese about which the policies are being made

for example if we will discuss about the cardiovascular disease in india or in the world that are now a days becoming the main cause of death of population sometimes they are even diagnosed at the final stage when no treatment is benificial for them.

so if government want to make any kind of health policies for this local area then they should start it from the base level

• they must coonsider the level of education
• the knowledge of that particular disease
• awareness about the cause of that particular disease
• what kind of lifestyle is there in that particular area

accordingly the government should form their policies because

• in some particular area we can see the relogious belief regarding their food habbits then we should not dis obey their food religions but we should provide knowledge to them regarding the healthy foods according to their religion
• in some areas we can see there is a very sedantery life style then we should make them aware about exercise progrmmes
• whlie onthe other side in some area we can see due to lack of education the have some wrong belief or god"s crush related to disease

due to these resons even if the government tries to make some policies and tries to implement them then even they fail

things can be done to over come theses things

• first thing is collection of data should be done correctly
• religion of that particular community should be respected
• awareness progrme should be started before implementation of the programe so that government will know what special points they need to add in their programe and what to deduct
• menpower for the programe should be of their local area so that barrier will occur less eg language
• policy funds should be availabe on time
• implementation of the programme should be very strictly
• so that desired outcomes can be get
