Volume of brain in mL = Volume in mm3 * 10-3 = 5 * 10-3 mL

Increase in moles of dopamine = molarity increase * Volume in Liters = 0.75 * 10-6 M * 5 * 10-3 * 10-3 L = 3.75 * 10-9 moles

Number of molecules = avogadro number * Moles = 6.022 * 1023 * 3.75 * 10-9 = 2.26 * 1015 molecules
