Obesity is the condition where the body weight is more than the normal weight according to height and weight ratio. Obesity increases major risk of disease development such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes etc. Due to lack of exercise, physical activities and unhealthy eating habits causes increase in the weight. The heart disease is most common. Women suffers from joint and back pain due to weight.
