Obesity

A disease has some set of practices to be followed.Obesity is actually a medical condition where body weight increases due to excess fat deposit and may lead to serious health condition.People are considered obese with BMI(body mass index).

Obesity is a serious health condition wherein patients are associated with various other issues related to it like cardiovascular problem,diabetes mellitus,certain type of cancer etc.Obesity reduces life expectancy from 6-7 years.The reason for Obesity can be with diet,sedentary lifestyle and can even be genetics.

There are so many efforts taken from government side to reduce this issue,like increasing the access to parks and pedestrian paths,taxing of sugary drinks.Another effort is to provide some meal plan in schools,junk food marketing in schools.

The main treatment for this issue is to diet and go for regular exercise.Dieting if made as part of lifestyle change can lead to weight loss.WHO has considered obesity as globally epidemic so it can never be considered as selling sickness as it visibly shows so many serious health conditions and has so many evident proofs.
